As we approach Fall break, it's important to think about how we can practice self-care. There are many ways that we can inexpensively recharge, such as; going for a walk, meditating, practicing yoga, or even petting a puppy. Practicing self-care can not only help us to re-energize but it is also good for our health. During the school day, regardless of our role, we are on 100% of the time. This is why taking care of ourselves is of the utmost importance. Here is an article on how to help the mind and body de-stress.
