Men of Faith Prayer Meeting

Sunday September 22nd from 2.45pm - 3.45pm

School Staff Room

All LCS fathers and especially those with children in Year 7 - 12 are invited join our Men of Faith Prayer Meeting on Sunday 22nd September.  The focus of this meeting will be to pray for our Middle and Senior School.  Praying as fathers is a manly privilege that fathers have been given by the Lord. The deep identity needs amongst this generation and the increasing confusion in our culture, are urgent prompts for us to seek the Lord’s intervention, for His Glory and for our/their good. LCS has such an opportunity to be fertile soil for kids to find their place, their joy, their identity in the Lord and be inspired to live wholehearted, faithful and joyful lives for Him.  We hope you are able to attend this meeting and join together in prayer over our school.

Keen for a Friendly Footy Match?

Friday 27th September

4pm - 6pm

LCS is keen to hold another Footy match between the staff/parents/past students and current students at the end of this Term on FRIDAY 27th September.  The final day of Term is also the eve of the AFL Grand Final so we thought that would be a great time to embrace the footy fever and hold a friendly match on our new oval!

The rationale behind the game is to have a bit of fun, embrace the footy fever time of the year and most importantly, build community.   There will also be a sausage sizzle in conjunction with the game.  It will be a great match to see, as shown by this picture of one of the games had back in 2017, which was played in torrential conditions!  Current students were successful in defeating the staff/parents/past students team 53 - 26.

Staff/Parents and Past Students:

If you are keen to be involved then please
