LCS General Association Meeting
Thursday 28th November @ 7:30pm
All LCS parents are invited to attend the next LCS Association meeting. There is an element of this meeting that will be the normal business of the LCS Association. Things like:
- Passing of the minutes of the previous General Meeting in 2018,
- Business arising from the minutes,
- Presentation of the Budget
- Chairman’s Report
- Principal’s Report
- General Business
Only members and associate members of the Association have authority to vote on any matters discussed. Non-members are invited to attend in an observer capacity.
The main reason for opening this meeting up to whole LCS community is the choice of Guest Speaker to the gathering.
Mike Vos, the State Executive Officer for Christian Education National will be speaking to the meeting about issue of Religious Freedom. His talk is titled “What’s this Religious Freedom Stuff?”
This is a topical issue, especially for Christian schools like LCS. Come and hear Mike discuss this to be better informed in your own thinking and your conversations with friends and family. We hope to see you there.
