School Council President

It's been more of the same but with a difference for this week's remote learning. Another week away from school but a positive change with the increased live classes. The aim is to create a more structured and predictable routine for children and increase their sense of connectedness and security while helping them with their learning. We also hope that it will relieve parents and carers of some of their supervisory workload.

It's certainly done that for our family and I've spoken to several others who feel the same way. We're always looking to hear what we're doing well and what we could improve on, so please feel free to get in touch with myself or Sue if you have any feedback for us.

If you haven't already, please have your say on the future of our school uniform by completing the survey sent out via Konnective on Wednesday. The survey is open until midnight of next Wednesday and we've had a great response so far. If you don't have the link, please contact Jo or look out for the reminder email we'll send early next week.

We held our monthly School Council meeting via Zoom this week where we approved the financial reports and an updated Student Wellbeing policy.

The weekends aren't what they used to be at the moment, but I hope everyone keeps safe and takes care of those around them.
