Are we really heading into week 7 already!

Whilst we now know that remote learning will continue until ..... and school looks and feels different from being on-site, we encourage everyone to continue their participation in the planned learning, as well as the daily bulletin that is posted on the PSPS Facebook page and explored each morning during the class Webex meetings.  The daily bulletin has daily maths challenges that promote 'thinking about thinking', 'multiple correct responses', and most importantly, 'reasoning of response'. Research shows that effective mathematical thinking is about the reasoning of the thinking more so than just arriving at the correct answer.

It isn't as good as the real thing, however, the leadership team is enjoying the Facebook posts of student learning across both the general classroom and the specialist learning. We have 'popped' into class Webex meetings to remain in contact with our students and of course, we continue to plan for a, b, and c in this tricky climate.

Thank you to all the families who have posted on the PSPS official Facebook page and emailed excellent examples of resilience in learning directly to their child's teachers.  As school leaders in this learning community, we are very proud of you all.

Until next fortnight, stay in contact, stay safe and reach out whenever you need.
