Dear Parent/Carers and Guardians,

Students made Sausage rolls last week and it was a two way Learning task- firstly they deciphered the information by watching a video and 

wrote the recipe in a sequenced format; second step was to cook sausage rolls by following the 

recipe they had noted. Students then reflected on their style of recipe writing, the technique and suggested improvements. The feedback so far has been that the sausage rolls were a hit in our Year 7 student homes and demand for seconds was huge.

Thank you to all Year 7 students for their amazing participation and enthusiasm through Term three Food technology and the parents for working hard to provide their child with the opportunity to learn this important life skill.
