"BETTER BE HOME SOON"

Floating in the deep and lonely world of space. Trying to get back to my space ship. On a dark desert highway, Earth looked like a giant pool ball. I felt like I was swimming in the air. Rising up in the air. I feel hot like the sun on a 100 degree day and I tast the salt from my brow dripping in my mouth. I know I'm in space but I always feel like somebody's gleaming eyes are watching me. I can hear nothing but the sound of silence. I smell nothing that makes me feel at home but then I smell hot meaty pies. My eyes begin to open slowly and I realise it was all a dream.

I tasted the mossy air; it was sticky. I climbed through the window as if It was an antique store. The wet grass provided a safe landing for my shaky legs that were filled with curiosity. The smell was familiar, like it was just another nature walk. There were massive pine trees far away, and short stumps I could sit on. There was a murky river, but not in a bad way. I travelled through a forest with trees so delicate I would only have to touch them slightly; and the bark would fall to the ground. A stench filled my nose like a factory would, but this smell brought warmth to my body, like a chicken pie. I thought I would be lost, but I found my way back as I followed the lovely smell. When I climbed back through the rickety window and looked behind me; there was nothing, but I come every day waiting for another chance to explore the unknown world.
