Wildlife Xposed

Katrina Martine - Primary Teacher

Last week the Year 3s had the opportunity to participate in an ‘Endangered Species LIVE event’ presented by Brandon at ‘Wildlife Xposure’. It was incredible to watch the student’s expressions of awe and wonder as they were shown God’s amazing animal creatures that occur naturally in Australia. They got up close and personal with ringtail possums, rainbow lorikeet, snakes, crocodiles, frogs and the shingleback lizard. Students learnt about why these animals were endangered and how they use their adaptations to fight off predators. It was an amazing experience that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. A wonderful way to celebrate the term studying Endangered Animals.
