Blogs

Throughout 2020, your network has been running blog ads across social media. Using a mix of lifestyle and real estate focused content, we are putting the brand in front of people, positioning First National as not only an industry leader, but also a network that understands the lifestyles of consumers in our market.

Since the start of February, our blog ads have generated upwards of 3,700,000 impressions.

Sea Change/Tree Change National Social Media Campaign

Ensure that you're taking advantage of our ongoing national social media campaign, Sea Change/Tree Change. This campaign gives you the opportunity to generate more listings as a result of Australians increasingly moving towards regional living. For further information on how you can use it to leverage your business, head to FN Central or speak to your BGM.

Over the last nine weeks, the national campaign has generated over 708,000 impressions across social media.

Additional Exposure

We've also been getting some great exposure on Twitter, courtesy of 5AA.

Network Chief Executive, Ray Ellis, recently provided commentary to REA regarding how to bid at an online auction. Giving his input on a topic with significant relevance in our current environment, Ray encouraged buyers to conduct as much research as possible, regardless of the method of purchase.

Tweed Sutherland First National Real Estate Commercial/Industrial Manager, Tom Harrop, was recently highlighted in the Bendigo advertiser after a sale of two commercial properties in the Bendigo CBD. After being passed in at the auction, which was permitted with a small crowd under Stage 3 COVID-19 restrictions in regional Victoria, the properties were sold shortly after when the vendor and buyer came to an agreement.
