HERB STALL

The herb stall will be starting again this week and will be run by the grade 4 students. This week’s stall on Wednesday is hosted by 4S, so please come along and support them by purchasing some fresh garden herbs.

Wednesday 27 April 3.30pm- 3.45pm

CARPET PLEASE!

The garden program is once again making wicking beds for the garden. Hence we are looking for rolls or large sections of old carpet to line the bases of the beds. So if you are renovating or changing flooring, we would love to have your old carpet. Please ensure that you leave rolled up pieces of carpet alongside the garden sheds (to the back of the deck area). 

VOLUNTEERS 

Once again, a reminder and request for anyone who might want to join us in the garden program. No gardening experience is necessary. It’s lots of fun and a great way to be involved in the school community. We welcome grandparents and other relatives as well, so please enquire.

Our garden classes are held as follows:

Tuesday - 4V at 2.00pm and 3P at 2.45pm

Wednesday - 3C at 12noon ; 4S at 2.00pm and 3H at 2.45pm

Thursday - 4M at 2.00pm and 3D at 2.45pm

The classes that are in particular need for helpers are: 4V, 3C & 4M

Please contact the school office and leave your details if you are interested. You will require a Working With Children card, which is free of charge and available for online registration.
