Reading Challenge

House System Program Reading Challenge
As you know we have launched a new initiative as part of our House System Program where all students and staff can earn house points for books they have read.
We are very excited to announce that so far our students from years 7-9 have earned a total of 3,230.
So far the year 7 students are leading with 2990 house points. Year 8 students have earned 130 and year 9 students 115 points.
Our staff have also been reading and have earned 170 house points. View the score card below to see how many house points each class has earned.
We will be running this competition until the end of the year and all points will be carried over to 2020. All participants will receive a certificate listing how many books they have read and house points earned at a ceremony in December.
Make sure you update your reading logs on the Words Website, you can find it under Compass favourites, and we'll be adding up the points and sending out a reading report score card again in week 10. Remember you can only log in using your St Albans Google credentials.
Thank you to all the students and teachers who are supporting the House Program and make sure you keep reading!
