Special Lunch

"Year 10 and 11 students of VET (Vocational Education and Training) Kitchen Operations prepared and served Sunday Lunch to the CTCPSA (Castlemaine Technical College Past Students' Association), turning the Etty Street Music Centre into a restaurant for the occasion. Students presented platters of cold meats and an array of attractive salads, followed by fruit salad and ice cream and a selection of slices. The students have only just started their Kitchen Operations course and have developed very good skills in just 3 short weeks. Congratulations to all involved!"
