Congratulations to students who have been recognised by staff for their demonstration of one or many of the 6 Learning Powers celebrated at SMDP.

During Monday's online whole school the following students were acknowledged and their learning described so we all know why they are worthy recipients of our awards and applause.

P/1 S | Maya | For being a motivated learner who gives all learning tasks a go. Maya it is great to see that you are regularly participating in all of the home learning tasks, and that you are completing everything to the best of your ability. You have demonstrated that you are able to challenge yourself by explaining your thoughts, strategies and your knowledge. You should be very proud of all that you have achieved this year. |
P/1 C | Jasper | For being a creative and collaborative learner both in school with peers and at home with his sister Scarlet. He thinks of original ways to present his learning and produces exciting and interesting work. Well done Jasper! |

2S | Rozelle | For being a motivated learner who shows enthusiasm and positivity when attempting learning tasks. Rozelle uses her creativity to present her learning in different ways and is proud to share her learning and creations- for example her wonderful macaw. Well done Rozelle on staying motivated during remote learning! |

Mehar, it is so great to see that you always follow instructions, ask for help and take your time to complete your learning tasks.
