OSH Club News
OSHClub is open between 6:30 – 8:45 am for Before School Care and then again between 2:30 and 6:30pm for After School Care. That is the only time the phone is turned on. If you need to contact us in between these sessions please leave a message or call back during the operating hours. The School cannot contact us during sessions to pass on messages.
Should you require before, after school care or vacation care for your child or would like further information in regards to the services and programs that they provide, please speak with Sabine or Jemily or contact OSHClub on 1300 395 735 or via their website at www.oshclub.com.au .
Uniform fittings for New students
As official school uniform supplier, Noone will be conducting new student uniform fitting appointments for Doherty’s Creek P-9 College at the Hoppers Crossing retail store commencing 2nd November 2020.
It is highly recommended that you make an appointment to ensure they can provide you with a personalised and efficient fitting service. Full uniform will be available for immediate purchase, or you are welcome to use their lay-by service and collect your order prior to the start of Term 1 2021.
Follow these instructions to book a uniform fitting appointment:
- Head to: https://www.noone.com.au/school/dohertys-creek-p-9-college-truganina/stores
- Click the ‘BOOK AN APPOINTMENT’ button
- To select a date, please click on a date circle on the calendar
- Choose a time and complete booking information. Name required is student name. Only one appointment per student.
Note: Due to COVID19 restrictions only one parent/guardian and the student may attend the fitting.
- Click ‘BOOK APPOINTMENT’ button
- You will be notified of your booking request, and you will receive email confirmation before the time of the appointment (please also check your ‘junk’ mail)
You can also order your new uniform via the school online store on their website if you are confident of the sizes you require. You can use Click and Collect from the shop or post to home.
Noone's experienced staff fit for growing room. However, if for any reason the student grows significantly over the summer holiday period, they will happily exchange any uniform item. Methods of payment available are cash, eftpos, visa and mastercard.
