Literacy in Prep

Just as our Prep Level recovered from the excitement of the ‘Wedding of Q & U’, there is yet more fun to be had in Prep this term.  There are new members in the Prep classroom… some very cute, fluffy chicks!  Students are learning about how living things change and grow, while observing the life cycle of baby chicks. This rich learning experience has provided many opportunities for further exploration during Literacy activities. For example, in Writing each day our Preps record their observations of the Chick Hatching experience in their own ‘Chick Diaries’.
