Dear Parents and Carers

Cross Country

Last Friday the whole school was involved in our annual cross country event. The weather threatened to rain for most  of the afternoon but fortunately there were only a few drops of rain. It was wonderful to see so many parents and grandparents in attendance.

The children either ran 500m,  1km, 2km or 3km depending on their age group. From the results a team to represent St Bede's at the district cross country has been selected.

A huge thank you to Richard Price, the  parent volunteers and the rest of the staff who ensured the day was a success .

Broderick - Blue

Mackillop - Red

Francis- Yellow

Baeda  - Green

Enrolments 2023

Our next Open day will be held on May 12th between 9am and 1pm.   Offers for Prep 2023 will be sent out on the last Friday of May. I ask that all  current families with a sibling commencing in 2023 to complete an enrolment form by Friday 13th.

To help determine our numbers for 2023,  can any families who are thinking of leaving St Bede's at the end of this year, please let the office know by May 13th.  Your assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Mother's Day

Thank you to the Parents and Friends Association and the Mother's Day committee for organising a great night on Wednesday evening for our mothers. Unfortunately I was unable to attend  but from all accounts it was a great evening. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all the mother's a happy Mother's Day for this Sunday. 

COVID update

Just a reminder that if any families require RAT tests or masks they can be collected from the office.  If a student does test positive to COVID, RAT testing is not required for 12 weeks.

School Photos

Our annual school photos were taken on Tuesday. In keeping with our COVID safe procedures the photos were taken outside on a beautiful day. To order the photos please follow the directions that have been provided.
