Classroom News - Year 6

Student Interviews

As part of reading groups students in Year 6 are interviewing students from lower grades about their learning.

Today Lang and I interviewed Adahlia from Yr 5.

We asked the following questions and this is how the interview went.

What is something interesting you have learnt in class?                                                                          Adahlia found the Big Write interesting.

   2. What made it interesting?

Adahlia likes the Big Write because of all the different topics and ideas that they get to write about.

   3. What did you do if you didn’t understand?

Adahlia would ask a friend then if that friend didn’t know she would ask another friend. Then if both friends didn’t know Adahlia would ask a teacher.

  4. How can you improve on your learning?

Adahlia thinks she could work on writing neater and using better punctuation.

   5. What are you most proud of?

Adahlia is most proud of her vocabulary, such as 'beached' and 'majestic'.
