Welcome back to Term 4 which will be very busy with many events including the College play, Beautiful Words, the Year 12 Celebration Breakfast and Assembly, the Visual Arts and Design Exhibition, Open Evening and Twilight Concert, Gala Concert and Presentation Evening to name a few.
Fun Run
The Parents and Friends Association are busy organising the Fun Run to be held here at the College on Sunday 12 November. They are looking for volunteers to assist with this as well as catering for a number of events in the Chapel and Performing Arts Centre. Please email pandf@aitkencollege.edu.au.
Wellbeing Week
Wellbeing Week was celebrated with students this week and activities included yoga sessions, teddy bear picnic, healthy breakfast morning, library activities and much more. Mental Health issues for children has been in the news in recent times with suggestions for parents on what to look out for and how to find support. Staff Welcome
This term we welcome Ms Laura-Anne Portella, Ms Mikayla Millane and Mr Asanka Gunarathna as Long Service Leave replacements and we welcome back Mrs Michaela Di Paola.
