Term 4 Week 5

Music performance tonight 5.30 pm BBQ followed by a musical performance at 6.00 pm.

Flag raising ceremony at the police station

Next Wednesday the 13th October the school have been invited to be part of an Aboriginal flag raising ceremony at the local police station. Some of the children will be involved with the ceremony. The school is also designing a piece of artwork to be displayed in the foyer of the Police Station.

Report Writing Day

Monday November the 25th is a report writing day for the teachers. That will mean that it is a pupil free day for the children.

Swimming

The children had their 2nd swimming session at the YMCA last week. The next 2 sessions at Wangaratta are on the 26th and 29th of November.

We are a Child Safe School

We have currently been updating our child safe standards in line with the Department of Education's Ministerial Order 870 which requires all schools in Victoria to implement the seven standards to make sure that all children entrusted in our care are kept safe. The policies relating to these standards will now be accessible on our website which Renee has currently been updating this week.
