Principal's Report -

Week 6

Show Us Your Wheels

The show us your wheels fundraiser was a great success with the school raising over $3000 (exact amount still to be confirmed)  which goes towards subsidising camps and excursions for the students of our school  throughout the 2019 year. A big thank-you to all the parents, family members and staff who helped on the day and in the lead up to the event, to make the day a success.

School photos change of date

The school photos will now be taken on Monday 18th March, first thing in the morning at 9:00am.  Please ensure all students are at school on time and in full school uniform. To purchase these photos you will need to fill in the forms sent home a couple of weeks ago and return them to school before the 18th.

Sailing Camp

At the moment all the year 6 students are spending the week at the Rye Sailing club, learning how to sail with the rest of the Year 6 students from the cluster. It will be good to see them on Friday, and hear about how they went.

Ride2school Day 22nd March

We have registered the school for the ride2school day on the Friday 22nd March. Further information will be available closer to the date.

Italian Day

On the 28th February, the King Valley Cluster held a very successful Italian Day at our school. The children were involved in a number of different activities further developing their knowledge about Italy and its culture. Thank you to our Italian teacher Peg for organising the day and all the teachers for running the various activities to make the day a great success. The activities the children participated in where soccer, Italian Quizlet Live, Art- Murals of Roman Gods,  Italian dance/music, making and eating Gelati and a puppet play performance.
