KEM Student Leadership Retreat

Emily Mitchell, Emmy McDougal, Jye Warren and myself travelled to Presentation Family centre In Balnarring, Vic. The Leadership Retreat was attended by two student representatives from the Student Leadership teams of all the other KEM school from across Australia. These include Brigidine College,Indooroopilly,  Brigidine College, St Ives, Clonard College, Geelong, Kilbreda College, Mentone, Kildare College, Adelaide, Killester College, Springvale, Marian College, Ararat, Marian College, Sunshine West, Star of the Sea College, Brighton, St. Joseph’s College, Echuca and two invited students from Brigidine College Randwick. The retreat offered an opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of leadership in the context of the mission of Kildare Ministries. In developing a network of leaders and a resource for the future they shared their experiences and that of the leaders who facilitated the retreat to broaden their understanding student roles as leaders in Kildare Ministries schools.  Emily and Emmy we outstanding representatives of St. Joseph's and gained valuable learning and network opportunities which they were able to bring back to share with the leadership group.
