The Mathematics Association of Western Australia (MAWA) presented St Norbert College with a Gold Maths Active school accreditation for 2021/2022. To obtain this award, the school has to extend their students and teachers beyond basic classroom mathematics teaching.
St Norbert College had to tick many boxes which we are proud to say was a culmination of the fantastic teamwork of all of our Mathematics teachers over the past couple of years.
To achieve Gold status, the Mathematics department staff fulfilled criteria such as:
