The tomb was open!

The end of this term is marked by the celebration of Easter. Good Friday and Easter Sunday are public holidays but of course they hold so much meaning in the Christian calendar. There are also, of course, lots of applications of the word for the year, “Open”. Jesus’ disciples’ eyes were opened to who he was, the Son of God. His death opened a way for us.  And the exciting find on that special morning when Jesus’ followers found the open tomb! Jesus had risen from the dead.

I pray that the celebration of Easter this year for you and your family is meaningful and starts the school holidays in a special way. I especially hope all in our College community are open to the message of Easter.
