Science develops a sense of wonder and curiosity in children, showcasing the world around them and educating them on how it works. A 2020 survey by the Department of Education found that 90% of primary school students in Australia said they enjoyed doing science experiments.
Inspired by the 2023 National Science Week’s theme of Innovation: Powering Future Industries, Camp Australia is launching our Science Week program, running from the 14th -18th August.
Encouraging children to “unlock the spark within”, Science Week will feature activities linked to the overarching theme of innovation to ignite their curiosity and inspire their inner inventor.
