Careers Expo  

COME ON DOWN …

Tonight, from 6.00-8.00 pm, Nazareth will be hosting some representatives from universities, TAFEs, private providers, apprenticeship companies and employment agencies in the Gymnasium for a Careers Expo. They will be on hand for students and parents to ask questions, collect information and chat with. 

WHILST THIS IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL STUDENTS IN YEARS 9-11, it is recommended for ALL students.

Open Days 

As mentioned at the Subject Selection Assemblies, OPEN DAYS are really important to help you with future decision making – not just about going on to further study - but also identifying industries that you may want to consider as a career. This is where Unis and TAFEs open their doors so you can go in and look at their campuses, their facilities, and talk to people about their programs and courses. 

DO NOT WAIT UNITL YOU ARE IN YEAR 12 TO START ATTENDING!!!!!!

THIS IS TOO LATE!

You CANNOT get to all of them in Year 12 – students need to do a few each year – it really is the best way to help with decision making.

Please find attached below a list of Open Days – THESE START ON 30 JULY AND CONTINUE THROUGH AUGUST. 

Please make it a priority to attend. It is relevant to ALL. 

ACU has a TALK WITH series running from 12 September – 5 October where you can hear from Alumni and Current Students about their professional experiences and studies at ACU. These are online and only 45 minutes in length so easily accessible.
