BRANCH OUT MENTORING SESSION
MS SUZY HALEY - SENIOR SCHOOL COORDINATOR
Last Friday, the Year 12s had the opportunity to attend an information session organised and presented by former students. Stephanie Hartshorn, who works for the Youthrive organisation, has been working with our students over the last two years. She invited Ashley Edwards from GMG Accounting to give some financial advice to the students, much of which will be beneficial to them after they leave school.
Also in attendance was Hannah Downes, who works for GMG Accounting, and Bronwyn Hewitt, who was doing a placement for her tertiary course with Swan Hill Youth Inc.
It was great to see some of our ex-students being proactive in our community and I hope our Year 12 students gained valuable information to help them with their future.
