Dear families,
Thanks to all those who placed orders in the Pie Drive. Orders will be sent home with students/ready for collection on Friday, 25th August 2023.
Flyers have been sent out for the Father’s Day Stall. There are some great gift ideas in the stall for children to purchase to gift to someone special for Father’s Day. Helpers will be required to help pack orders - see notes below.
The P&F are still making plans for a family social night on Friday, 8th September 2023.
We need more input from the school community to understand what type of event families want to attend.

Current events and fundraisers
Father’s Day Stall
The Parents and Friends present the Father’s Day Stall.
Students are invited to purchase gifts for their father or someone special.
We have sourced items which we think make great gifts. The stall is also a fundraiser which will allow the P&F to put funds towards extra resources at school and assist in holding social events for the school community.
Items selected at random, colours/designs are not able to be chosen. Items may vary from pictures.
Place your order via CDF Pay by 4pm on Thursday 24 August 2023.
Orders will be sent home with students on Wednesday, 30th August 2023.

Request for helpers
Helpers are required to assist in packing Father’s Day orders ready to be sent home with students. Please contact the P&F if you can assist on Wednesday, 30th August 2023 from 1.30pm-3.00pm.

Pie Drive with North End Bakehouse - orders for pick up 25th August 2023
St Brendan’s Primary School and North End Bakehouse Shepparton, have teamed up to help raise funds to support P&F social activities and provide additional resources for students.
Orders will be delivered to school on Friday, 25th August 2023 - see below details in regards to collection of orders.
Details for picking up orders:
- Small orders will be delivered to classrooms to be sent home with students.
- Large orders - a family member will need to be available to collect this from the School Hall on Friday, 25th August between 3.00pm-3.30pm. If you would also like to pick up your order from the School Hall please advise the P&F.
- Children travelling on the bus - it is not be suitable for children to take bakery products on a long bus journey as items need to be refrigerated as soon as possible.
- Orders will only be sent home/available for collection, from school on Friday, 25th August, if you will not be available on this date to pick up your order or arrange someone else to. Orders will not be able to be stored at the school over the weekend.
All bakery products are fresh and ready to be frozen if desired. Please refrigerate your order as soon as you can after receiving it.
We appreciate your orders and hope you enjoy receiving your tasty bakery items!

Upcoming events and fundraisers
Family Social Night - Friday, 8th September
Planning is underway for a fun family social night on Friday, 8th September from 5.30pm - 8.00pm. The P&F are currently looking into appropriate venues and considering options for catering.
We try to keep ticket prices low for these events. We would love some feedback on what the school community would like to see at this event.

P&F Meetings
The P&F would like to share the Meeting Minutes from the meeting held on 26th July 2023. There was some great discussion and we hope to here from more members of the school community and see you at the next meeting.
