Parent Opinion Survey

WE WANT OUR PARENTS / CAREGIVERS / GUARDIANS TO TELL US WHAT THEY THINK!

Our school is conducting a survey to find out what Parents / Caregivers / Guardians think of our school. The Parent / Caregiver / Guardian Opinion Survey is an annual survey offered by the Department of Education that is designed to assist schools in gaining an understanding of families’ perceptions of school climate, student behaviour, and student engagement. The survey is optional, but we encourage all families to participate. Our school will use the survey results to help inform and direct future school planning and improvement strategies. All families are invited to participate in the survey.

The Parent / Caregiver / Guardian Opinion Survey will be open from Monday 7 August to Friday 8 September 2023. A link will be provided via Compass once the survey opens. 

The survey will be conducted online, only takes 20 minutes to complete, and can be accessed at any convenient time within the survey period on desktop computers, laptops, tablets or smartphones. The online survey will be available in English and 10 other languages including Arabic, Greek, Hakha Chin, Hindi, Japanese, Punjabi, Simplified Chinese, Somali, Turkish, and Vietnamese.

Exam supervisor wanted

The College is seeking an exam supervisor for the end of year exams, which will be held throughout October-November (24 October to 10 November 2023), between 8.15am and 5.30pm. Please refer to the requirements below:

As a Chief Supervisor, I am not:

(i) Related to, or associated with, any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study 2023. 

(ii) Teaching or tutoring any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2023. 

(iii) Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT, any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 in 2023 or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials on behalf of a school in 2023.

(iv) Employed by the school in any other capacity, including as a teaching, casual relied teacher (CRT) or member of administration staff.
