Biz – E – Kidz Fees increase in 2019
As of the beginning of the 2019 school year, before school care fees will increase to $9.00 per session and after school care fees will increase to $18.00 per session. Beginning in the autumn holiday program, holiday program and pupil free day fees will increase to $65.00 per session.
Digital sign in and out coming in 2019
Biz – E – Kidz will be introducing digital sign in / out of children during the 2019 summer holiday program. This is to meet the new ‘Child Care Subsidy’ requirements for recording exact attendance data, and to reduce the amount of paperwork and paper we consume.
Parents will be emailed an invitation to their ‘Parent Account’ through the parent portal before the commencement of care in 2019. Through this they will be able to access their ‘Personal Identification Number’ (PIN) which they will use to sign their child/ren in and out. Each person authorised to sign a child in / out will have their own PIN.
Families will also be able to use their ‘Parent Account’ to keep their details up to date, add authorised nominees, request booking changes and access statements.
We will be keeping families updates via email, the newsletter and compass about these changes.
New Assistant coordinator
I very happy to announce that Biz – E – Kidz has a new permanent assistant coordinator, Libby! Libby has been working at Biz – E – Kidz a number of years, most recently occasionally as acting assistant coordinator of senior and prep sessions. Libby has now joins Myself, Ace and Kelly on the BEK leadership team officially as Assistant Coordinator. Welcome aboard Libby!
