Brain Dissection

Students dissected brains last Friday to find out what is inside!  They were highly engaged and curious about the different parts of a brain and what their function is.  Students identified the cortex, hemipsheres, pineal gland, thalmus, corpus collosum, hippocampus, cerebellums and brain stem. What a wonderful day of learning!  Our students were very lucky indeed to be involved in such an exciting activity.
