EAL Students explore some colourful writing ideas
This week the English as an Additional Language (EAL) students have been conducting a variety of colourful Science experiments.
Their observations have helped to provide inspiration for writing, as they explore the 'Writing Process'. Students investigated the mixing of primary and secondary colours. They also examined different substances that do or don't mix, like oil, water, milk and detergent.
The students then produced some great writing in a range of different genres, including 'How to...' - procedures, recounts, brainstorms, comic strips and narratives.
