Biz – E – Kidz Autumn Holiday Program Important dates
We are excited and busy planning the Autumn 2022 holiday program, please see the list of important dates below. We would love to have your suggestions! Holiday Program Dates
- The holiday program runs Monday 11th April - 26th April.
- We are open for the full day Tuesday 26th April pupil free day.
- Closed Friday 15th and Monday 18th (Easter public holidays) and Monday 25th April (ANZAC day public holiday).
Holiday Program release - week beginning Monday 7th of March:
Program plans will be available online, via compass and email. To support social distancing and reduce the use of paper, we will not be releasing a hard copy.
Holiday Program Bookings open - Tuesday 15th March:
Bookings can be made online through your Smartcentral account.
Holiday Program Bookings Close - Friday 18th March:
Bookings can still be made after this date but are subject to availability.
Confirmations of places - Week Beginning Monday 21st March:
Confirmation of places in the program or waiting list will be emailed to families.
Deposits due and last day to make changes - Friday 10th September:
A $10 per child per day deposit is due and the last date to make any changes to your holiday program booking. Any cancellations, changes, or non-attendance after this date will be subject to a $30 per child per day administration fee.
Update on the Prep After School Care Program
The Prep Program is a special program that we run for (usually) the first term of the school year, in which we induct Prep children to the Biz-E-Kidz environment, routines and culture.
We are operating from Room 12 this year, thank you to Yaer 4E teacher Kristen for sharing her classroom with us, and to Mark and Ben for sharing the gym with us at the start of the afternoon!
Our Biz-E-Kidz Preps this year have shown great interest in activities and the program in general, with some favorite activities being floor is lava and lava monster in the gym; story time, and dancing to music.
Prep families, please pass on any feedback or suggestions from yourself or your child regarding Biz-E-Kidz, this is what helps us provide the best service we can.
Update on the Juniors and Seniors after school care program (Year 1 - 6)
At the main Biz-E-Kidz after-school care program it has been great to have everyone together at after-school care for a change. We appreciate Senior Biz-E-Kidz helping run outdoor games, contributing to daily meetings, and creating an extra layer of fun for the Junior kids to engage with. The Juniors and Seniors program will be together up at the main building for the immediate future (at least for the rest of this term) and will be reassessed when bookings increase, we will keep you updated.
