2022 College Contributions

Heathmont College would like to thank the many families who have already fully paid or who have committed to Recurring Contributions in Compass to cover their child’s/children 2022 College Contributions. Your support of these Contributions is greatly appreciated and enables the school to provide the quality learning environment, educational resources and facilities.

The College understands that families may experience financial difficulties or hardship at times. If you have any questions about Recurring Contributions or other fee related enquiries, Sandra Nebl can be contacted in person at the Main Administration Office, via email at Sandra.Nebl@education.vic.gov.au or by telephoning 9871 4888 on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.

Camps / Sports / Excursions Fund (CSEF)

The first round of 2022 CSEF has now been received by the school and allocated as a credit to your child’s Statement. If you opted to use this credit towards your child’s Year 7 Camp in February this year, this has now been done.

If your child/children received CSEF in 2021 at Heathmont College, the school has automatically applied for this year’s CSEF on your behalf.

If you are new to the College or are recently new to receiving a Health Care Card or similar, and haven’t already submitted your form, please contact the school office to obtain a CSEF application form or download one from: https://www.education.vic.gov.au/PAL/csef-application-form.pdf

The cut-off date for 2022 applications is the last day of Term 2, 2022.

Don’t hesitate to ring the office to check how much CSEF credit your child has remaining from previous years.

A reminder to use the ‘Use CSEF’ payment option for paying and consenting to Events in Compass.
