Out and About
Welcome back. It has been a chilly start to the term and the girls have welcomed the opportunity to remain inside at lunchtime. There are a number of dates for family calendars:
Tuesday 30th July is the Year 12 Parent Student Teacher Learning Conversations, commencing at 3.30pm until 8.00pm in Kennedy Hall. Bookings will need to be done via PTOline, with codes being sent to parents soon.
There will be a reunion for the class of 1989 here at the College on Saturday 3rd August. Details are available from Kylie Taberner here at the school.
Subject selections for 2020 are commencing over the next week, how quickly this comes around each year! Parents are asked to discuss subjects for next year with their daughter(s) and if there are queries to contact Mr Mahmoud, Mr McPhail or me regarding the VCE/Yr 10 and Mr McPhail or me regarding Years 7-9. You can also speak to the relevant Student Development Leader.
Last Sunday we welcomed Kei Kei and Eris, our Hong Kong exchange girls. There are also two boys from Hong Kong at Mazenod. The students will visit Healesville Sanctuary, the city and attend classes in their time here. We appreciate the assistance of the Trajer family (Petrina in the front office) and the Naik family (Anushka in Year 10) who are hosting the girls. Best wishes for the coming term.
