Handbury and Alexandra Libraries
Winifred Berry Information Centre:
Year 5 Science:
Last week we hosted a Science lesson for a task Miss Andrews has devised for Year 5 Science. The students were working on collecting information on their allocated planet, which will then be made into a scaled model, culminating in a Sports Centre sized half solar system.
You can see them at work on this blog post.
Examinations:
These are scheduled very soon for Senior Campus Year 7 – 11 students. The Library supports study by providing a place where students can come in their breaks, or after school Monday to Thursday, in order to prepare. We also offer flash card starter packs and guidance in mind mapping or key word listing.
Handbury Library:
Year 3 has been working with Mrs. Nettleton on a great collaboration with Year 3 students at Caulfield Grammar School. Watch this space for information on how to access the fruits of their labour.
