SCARLETT GRIBBLE - BAREFOOT KIDS
We wish to acknowledge the incredible success of our year 2 student, Scarlett Gribble. Scarlett began a business at the age of 6 making greeting cards during lockdown to brighten her neighbours day, she then began selling them at local cafes and now has a special following and her designs and kindness is being spread far and wide. Scarlett was chosen to be included in a Barefoot Investor book - ‘Barefoot Kids’ which has been released. Over 1500 children were submitted and Scarlett is one of the 50 chosen, Australia wide.
Scarlett donated a signed copy of her book to school which she shared with Vassie, and it now holds pride of place in our school library. We purchased copies for each classroom library in the school, and you too can purchase a copy for your child/ren, and loved ones as gifts!
Our local cafe, Coe and Coe have been wonderful in supporting Scarlett and purchasing her greeting cards too. Below is Scarlett's card sales display at Coe and Coe. We are so very proud of her and everything she is learning along the way. Go Scarlett!
