Student Leaders

We would sincerely like to congratulate our school captains on their successful appointments to their leadership roles. 

Our School Captains have written their own Acknowledgements of Country and will be reading them at our Friday assemblies. 

We thank Hannah Mackey for sharing her Acknowledgement of Country: 

We would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land, the Wurundjeri, Woi Wurrung and Bunnarong peoples of the Kulin nation. We recognise that our beautiful waters, trees and the school where we play and learn, will always and forever be owned by the elders past, present and emerging. We recognise that first nation sovereignty was never seeded and this country is and always will be aboriginal land. We thank and respect the first nations people for keeping this country healthy for thousands of generations and extend that respect to all the aboriginal and torres strait islander people within and beyond our community.
