On behalf of the Nossal PFA, I take this opportunity to wish everyone a very happy 2023, I hope you all had a good holiday season with friends and family. The PFA also would like to welcome all 2023 Year 9 parents, I am sure you all are settling well in your new routine.
2022 End of Year Second Hand Uniform and Book Sale
We had a quiet end of year sale; this is usually a very popular and busy event organised by the PFA. We hope to turn this around this year. We still raised a fantastic $837.00 for the school on the day.
Thanks to our PFA team for taking time to come and help. On that note we also had one of our new PFA members getting a firsthand experience of working with the PFA, well done Sarath Purushothaman. This event also saw Roger Page eagerly join us one last time.
Farewell & Thanks Trudi Dicker
Trudi has well and truly been a PFA legend from the time PFA was established. Her son Max was part of the foundation school cohort in 2010, Trudi has been active in every PFA event and has been instrumental to establishing the Nossal PFA and many of the activities. While her association is for over 13 years, I have had the privilege to know her for the last one year and I commend her passion and the energy she brings to the PFA.
On behalf of PFA, I want to thank Trudi for all the time she has given to get PFA to this stage. You and your wisdom will be missed.
Next PFA Meeting
The next meeting, which will be the 2023 AGM of the Nossal PFA will be held on Wednesday 01 March 2023, commencing at 7pm. This is an important meeting as we will be voting in the 2023 committee members. We hope to see as many PFA members as possible at that meeting and if you would like to be part of the new committee, please attend and express your interest.

Uniform Shop and Call for Uniform Donations
Students and parents are again reminded that the Secondhand Uniform is open on the first Monday of each month, during school terms, the next uniform shop will be on Monday 6 March. The shop is located at the rear of northern (Jean Russell Centre) carpark, inside the front door of the Fitness Centre. The shop opens between 8:30am and 9:30am with all proceeds going to projects and equipment for the school.
Donations of uniform are very welcome and much needed after a busy start to the year. All donations of uniform can be left at Reception. We are also looking for donations of coat hangers. If you have any laying around, please drop it off at the reception as well.
Entertainment Membership
Entertainment memberships are a win for you and a win for the school! You get a full year of fabulous free stuff and discounts and the PFA raises funds to support the school.
Memberships are all online now, so no need to tote a bulky book around, you always have the offers right there on your phone!
