                          Grade 5/6 News

What a great year we have had in the grade 5/6 room! As we draw the year to a close there is lots of excitement for what waits ahead for our soon to be year sevens but also some sadness and reflection about their time at St Marys.

Some of our favourite things from this year have been...

- The Doxa Melbourne camp and all it's exciting activities!

- The Harry Potter classroom theme and watching Harry Potter for the first time (for many students).

- Moving into our brand new refurbished classroom, we especially love the reading nook.

- Visiting the Melbourne Zoo, though it was very rainy we had a blast!

As a class we are all looking forward to the Christmas season and what the 2023 year has in store for us in year 6 with Mrs Brockett and in year 7 at our new schools.
