Student Services

A courtesy reminder, all parents / visitors must report to reception at the front of the school at all times. We ask that you observe all College rules as requested. 

The Student Services office is for STUDENTS ONLY, Parents will be directed to Students Services by College staff if required. 

All early departures must be entered into Compass before the event. 

We understand that at times situations arise at the last minute that lead to urgent collection of your child, we ask that you give the College as much notice as possible. It can be challenging collecting students from class due to some class movements around the school throughout the period. For all last minute urgent collections, please contact the school. 

Attendance

From the App home screen (or from your student profile) click on the Shortcuts (blue plus sign) at the bottom of the screen. 

• Select the reason
• Enter a brief description
• Select the start and finish time
• Click  ‘Add Attendance Note’
