PEER LEADERSHIP CAMP
Peer Leadership Camp
Monday 5 August to Wednesday 7 August
Oasis Camp - Mt Evelyn
The Peer Leadership Camp, is a yearly peer lead camp, developed and run by a team of Year 11 students, under the guidance of Student Services and attending teachers.
All of the Year 10 students who attended this year, will now be given the opportunity to plan the, 2020 Peer Leadership Camp.
The aim of the camp is to develop self-awareness, confidence and peer connections, through a range of team activities and reflection sessions.
With everything from Archery, Rock Climbing, Resilience sessions and the occasional 'Dance Party', this year’s camp had it all!
The team created amazing beats in a huge drumbeat experience, that literally had the place jumping!
We laughed at impromptu comedy sketches including, the world’s worst 'Dad Jokes' and learnt a lot about the world outside, of our own little bubble.
Competition was created between teams in 'Capture the Flag' and commonalities found in personalities and experiences.
A BIG thank you to all the students and teachers that attended, for making this year's, a camp to remember!
