AVANTI BREAKFAST
Year 11 Hospitality students displayed their skills by preparing and serving breakfast to the Avanti Rotary Club members for their March Breakfast Meeting. On the menu were Fresh Fruit Platters, Spinach, Bacon & Egg Muffins served with Fresh Avocado, Tomatoes, Feta & Basil and finishing with Tea & Coffee.
All the students did a amazing job of planning, setting up the `restaurant’ in the Language Centre, preparing, cooking and serving the meal and, of course the cleaning up!!
We would like to thank Avanti for their continued support of the many programs in our College that enhance student learning, citizenship and leadership.
A special thanks to all the staff who contributed in helping make the occasion a success.
