Dear Parents and Carers
On Wednesday I had the pleasure of attending Holy Spirit College's 40th Anniversary Mass. It was wonderful to catch up with past students from the Diocese and see how they have grown into fine young men and women. The Catholic Culture of the school was on display throughout the liturgy and through the interactions with staff and students. Thank you to our Year 6 leaders, Lachlan G, Piper S, Eliza S and Hayes G who accompanied me.
Please continue to keep our Year 6 student making their confirmation in your prayers as they will be conferred with the gifts of the Spirit in a few weeks time.
School Uniform
All students should now be in the full Winter uniform and we are so appreciative of the effort parents make to ensure their children are properly attired for school each day. Parents are asked to particularly check school hats. If your child's hat is becoming frayed, celebrate because they haven't lost it and then buy a new one.
Wear your uniform with Pride and let the Community know you Belong to St Joseph's Bulli
For all things at St Joseph’s, give thanks!
What are you grateful for this week?

Acting Principal
COVID smart measures for schools and families
While COVID-19 remains an unpredictable virus, NSW Health advise that it will continue to present a health risk to the community. Accordingly, our school continues to implement baseline COVID-smart measures to help reduce the risk of transmission for students and staff members.
We ask that students who are feeling unwell be kept home and test, and only attend school when symptom free.

How does my child receive a Principal's Award?
Class teachers nominate students for Blue Merit Awards and are presented at the weekly assembly. When five Blue Merit Awards have been received, students send them to the school office to be recorded and are then eligible for a Principal’s Award. When students attain their 4th Principal Award, they are awarded a Principal’s Medallion at an assembly. End of Term awards can be included as part of the 5 awards.
Acknowledgement to Country
