Second-hand Cricket Gear Collection

"I’m collecting used cricket gear and clothing for disadvantaged Victorians who are keen on playing cricket".  Any donations of bats, balls, pads, gloves, helmets, bags, stumps and clothing (with or without club logos) of all sizes, will be appreciated. The gear will be cleaned before delivery to Cricket Victoria for distribution to clubs.

Previous years’ collections have been distributed to Edinburgh Gardens All Abilities Team, Croxton Special School and St Kilda City Mission. Covid brought a stop to the collection for a couple of years, but it’s starting back up again.

Please do not donate used protectors due to hygiene issues.

All gear can be left in Mr (John) McAlroy’s office and will be collected from there.

For any queries, please email gregt19@stbedes.catholic.edu.au

Thanks for your support. "

Very Special Kids (Treadmill Challenge)

Very Special Kids 24 hour treadmill challenge where you organise a team to run on treadmills for 24 Hours raising money for Very Special Kids.  It is happening on Friday 2nd June through to Saturday 3rd June.

Very Special Kids provides holistic palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and tailored support for their families – through life, death and bereavement.

I’m taking part in this challenge to take action and raise funds that help the Very Special Kids Community give better care to the children they support.

If you want to support my team ‘Kids Tready for the Kids’ you can donate here.
