National Simultaneous Storytime 

Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and many other places around the country. 

This year's story was 'The Speedy Sloth' written by Rebecca Young and Heath McKenzie. Last Wednesday we invited grandparents or a special person to join students in the classroom while they read the story and completed fun activities.  

A big thank you to those who were able to join us - it's always lovely to have visitors in the classroom joining in on our learning.
