Thank you Landcare Australia & Woolworths!

We are pleased to announce that Curiosity was awarded a $1000 grant to launch our Community Garden this year by Landcare Australia and Woolworths.

A special thank you to Mrs Amelia for building our proposal in consultation with the Lead Educators and the children.

We have begun works on the back NE corner of the building where the Community Garden will be located to allow for out of hours and safe access for all participants.

If you would like to partner with us, we would love to have you involved.  Participation will require caregivers to have completed Volunteer Training, so please contact the school regarding putting your name down to attend the next training.

We have also secured a gift of 50 Indigenous and Native plants for planting in and around our Centre's gardens from the City of Playford.  We will be looking at inviting families to join us at the Provenance Indigenous Plant Centre in Salisbury once our garden beds are prepared and ready for planting.  If time does not allow for you to volunteer throughout the week this could be a great opportunity to get involved.

Our children have been designing and planning this special area of our Centre and we can not wait to see their ideas come to life!  Stay tuned, it is going to be GREAT!
