Science - Living Things

Preps are focusing on living things, including their basic needs - such as food and water.  Students made connections for humans’ needs based on their own experiences, as well as investigating the needs of living things in a range of situations, such as pets in the home and plants in a garden.  

Preps are having an enjoyable time doing turning thumbprints into guinea pig art and drawing all the things a guinea pig would need to survive.  Preps are also looking forward to having a pet yabby in the new Science room.
