Results of sugar investigation

For the last couple weeks in science we investigated sugar and how long it takes to dissolve. We had different types of sugars like sugar cubes, coffee sugar, raw sugar, table sugar and icing sugar. When we put the coffee sugar in the water it turned brown. Some of the other sugars went foggy. The sugar cubes shrunk when we put them in the water. If we did the experiment again, there are some things that we could do better, like observing the sugar more closely and stirring the sugar around more to help it mix with the water.
