Next week at Holy Family we are celebrating WELL-BEING WEEK!
To help our children get involved we will have a daily theme and weekly homework. We kindly ask all parents to encourage their child/children to participate in this wonderful experience.
On Monday Children are to wear their Sport Uniform for Well-being week! On Wednesday Children are to bring in a money donation for the St Vinnie's Winter Appeal. On Thursday we held our second Playgroup at Holy Family, Lindfield and the children were beaming with happiness!
We began by introducing a few of our Kindergarten students to our toddlers and soon after they all became buddies. Together, they actively listened to the children's book The Very Hungry Caterpillar, participated in (Caterpillar) craft activities and had free play.
We strongly believe that our playgroup program help our children explore new concepts, make new friends, and help ease the transition from pre-school to kindergarten by meeting their future classmates.
This is also a wonderful way for our parents to get to know our principal Pauline, kindergarten teachers and new families.
Our next Playgroup is on Tuesday, 25th of July. Reserve a spot here https://forms.office.com/r/RiYDn3cwmL
We invite all our students to participate in the Catholic Schools Broken Bay. highly anticipated 2023 Religious Creative Arts Competition! We have introduced an exciting opportunity as part of our "Year 13" initiatives for CSBB students who are interested in a career in IT.
The program will be a part of our Secondary Career expos over the coming weeks and additionally, we are providing comprehensive insights and information in lunchtime sessions tailored for small groups. You can find when your school will be visited here:https://csbb.catholic.edu.au/careers/it-traineeship/
These sessions will serve as invaluable opportunities for students to delve deeper into the world of IT and make well-informed decisions about their future pathways.
CSBB staff look forward to meeting all of our students interested in IT careers and 2023 school leavers are encouraged to attend.
