Captains Corner 😀

Hi, welcome to the captains corner Term 2 Issue 3.

Lately we have been on lots of tours for the future parents or guardians of students at our school. Thank you to the parents who came. We went to the art room, the music room, Miss Quinn’s room, the staff room and outdoor areas. 

The year 2/3s went on an excursion to scienceworks and they went down a giant slide. They all showed our school values and represented our school very well. Well done to the year 2/3s. 

This week the year 5/6s went to Winter sports. In softball the girls came 2nd and the boys came 3rd. In netball we came 3rd and in football we came 5th. It was great fun and we are all very proud of ourselves. Thanks to all the parent helpers, we got to have our winter sports day. Thank you parents.

Last Tuesday we all went to prep information night and talked about experiences at WPS. Ava talked about specialists, Madi talked about Carlssruhe, Tahli talked about a day as a WPS student and Flynn talked about school sports and camp. We all met many new faces.
